	US$895 – The Conference fee includes hotel accommodations for three nights (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort (https://www.pelicanbeach.com) as well as food, conference materials, events, gratuities and taxes. Register before January 31, and you will save $150 USD off each registration! Guest Fee Guests can accompany any attendee for only $295 USD (based on shared accommodations/double occupancy). This includes food and access to all non-session/workshop events. Extend Your Stay Pelican Grand Beach Resort (https://www.pelicanbeach.com) will be offering a rate of $219 USD per night (excluding taxes) three days prior to the conference (April 30 and May 1,2) as well as three days after the conference (May 6, 7,8) for anyone wanting to extend their visit to Fort Lauderdale. Please note that The Fort Lauderdale Air Show (https://fortlauderdaleairshow.com) will take place on April 30 and May 1, 2022. Hotel rooms may be limited for those dates. If you are interested in arriving on those dates, please register early and let Sandy Truitt know. She will work with the Pelican Grand to confirm room availability. Please do not make travel arrangements for these dates until you get confirmation from Sandy that we have a room reserved for you. 	Attendees will be responsible for airfare to and from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). A list of carriers servicing FLL can be found at https://www.broward.org/airport. Attendees should plan to arrive on Tuesday, May 3 in order to participate in Wednesday's sessions, which begin at 9:00 a.m. ET. If you would like to join us at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening, please plan to arrive before 7:00 p.m. ET. Return flights should be scheduled no earlier than 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday, May 6.

The Advanced Author class is a half-day training course with hands-on demonstrations and workshop exercises covering the latest and most powerful functionalities available in Cincom Eloquence Author. Topics covered include:

		In order to get the most out of the event, please plan to arrive on Tuesday, May 3 in time to join us that evening at the Welcome Reception from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
	If I am attending the Advanced Author Class, when should I plan to arrive in Fort Lauderdale, FL?
		The Advanced Author Class will take place from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. on the afternoon of Tuesday, May 3. Please note that the $295 USD class fee includes the cost of an overnight stay on Monday, May 2 at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort to ensure that you are rested and ready for the class on Tuesday afternoon. After you register for the class, Sandy Truitt will contact you to coordinate Monday night's stay.
	When should I plan to depart from Fort Lauderdale, FL?
		Please plan to depart the hotel any time after 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday, May 6. If needed, we may be holding workshops and "One-on-One" Consulting Sessions for a select group of attendees on Friday morning. So if possible, please hold off in making your flights until you receive an email in advance of the conference with information on your company's "One-on-One" Consulting Session's date and time.
	What is the cost to attend?

	How do I get to the hotel from the Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport (FLL)?
		Attendees are responsible for ground transportation to and from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Pelican Grand Beach Resort is located on the northern end of Fort Lauderdale Beach approximately 25 minutes from FLL. 	Can I register and pay the conference fee on-site?
		Unfortunately we cannot accept payment on-site for registrations. Because the registration fee includes hotel accommodations for three nights, we are not able to guarantee room availability on the day the conference begins.
	How do I pay for registration?
		Registrants can pay conference fees via credit card or company check. Cincom customers with accounts in good standing can be invoiced for conference fees. A purchase order with the correct amount and attendee names must be sent to Sandy Truitt at struitt@cincom.com. 	Is there a special rate for state/local government employees?
		Unfortunately, we do not offer special conference rates for state or local government employees. Standard conference rates apply.
	Can I receive a refund if I cancel?
		Yes. We will process credit card/check refunds for cancellations received by March 31, 2022. Refunds normally take for to six weeks to credit your account. Confirmed registrants who cancel after the March 31, 2022 deadline will forfeit their entire conference fees.
	Can I bring a guest (who will not be attending sessions or workshops) to the conference?
		Absolutely. Guests can accompany any attendee for $295 USD per person (based on shared accommodations/double occupancy). This includes food and access to all non-session/workshop events.
	Is parking available at the hotel?
		Pelican Grand Beach Resort offers overnight parking through their Valet at $39 per night plus tax.
