Guest Fee
Guests can accompany any attendee for only $195 (based on double occupancy; includes hotel, food and access to all events).

Extend Your Stay
Loews Ventana Canyon Resort ( will be offering a rate of $149 per night (excluding taxes) three days prior to the conference (October 20, 21 and 22) as well as three days after the conference (October 26, 27 and 28) for anyone wanting to extend their visit to Tucson. And, car rental arrangements can be made via Ventana Canyon's Concierge Desk with pickup and return available at the hotel.

Advanced Authoring Class

This half-day class is intended for Authors with prior training and experience with Cincom Eloquence 3.5. It will delve deeper into functionality covered in the standard author training class and explore more advanced features. Topics covered include:

  • Handling Loops and Arrays
  • Managed Tables
  • Database Queries
  • Query XML
  • Companion Files
  • Variations
  • Conditional Formatting.

When: Tuesday, October 23 | 1:00p – 5:00p MT

Class Fee: $250 per person
(This class fee is in addition to the $695 conference fee; includes training materials, the use of a training laptop, and one night’s hotel stay; attendees should plan on arriving on Monday, October 22 in order to make the 1:00p MT class start time).
